Chief Investigator - Project Four
Associate Professor Conleth O’Loughlin is the manager of the NGCF at UWA and works in the area of offshore geotechnical engineering with particular interests in anchoring, soft soil characterisation and foundation systems. Conleth is one of the Chief Investigators for the OFFshore ITRH Novel Anchors and Subsea Foundations project stream.
